pressPLAY
This blog belongs to anne, a twenty-something girl who looks anywhere from 16 to 18. People say she's always smiling. One day she hopes to make a difference in someone's life. She likes blog hopping and reading about people's experiences. Her semi-addiction to shopping leaves her with lots of clothes and purses. She likes the color blue and prefers the temperate warmth of spring & fall, which most of her outfits are geared around. She loves to travel to different countries, which coincides with her love for world cultures and history.

go home!
There should be an office law that states that if a person has no work to do then it is okay for her/him to head home. LOL.
travels and such
So, our travel agent came through for us once again! He is great! (We not only use them to do our trips, but they are our tax agency as well.) Our quote from Cosmos was $2,363, but our travel agent got us down to $2,122! Amazing! The only bad thing is that we'll have to drive about an hour to the airport because we won't be departing/arriving from our home airport; but it's such a considerable discount that we can live with that. The next thing would be converting our $ to € and £. With the $'s decline, that's gonna be fun! Fortunately, I have a friend who works for a bank and she's willing to use her employee "discount" so I won't have to pay fees for the conversion. All in all, I will probably be poor for a little bit. Nice... Labels: Europe, travel, vacation he's just not that into you
Seems they're filming "He's Just Not that Into You" with Jennifer Aniston, Ben Affleck, Justin Long, etc. down the street. My co-worker just told me that they changed some of the exterior of one of my fave lunch places to prep for the filming. Awesomeness!
european sampler... and go!
So my friend and I finally picked a trip. We're going on Cosmos' European Sampler tour. Apparently, all we need to reserve our spot is a $349 deposit each. Not really sure of the exact total. I don't foresee it costing more than $2500 each... I hope... Still, I am excited! It's my first "big girl" vacation since graduating. LOL. It should be fun and will yield tons of pictures!Labels: friends, fun, vacation |
