Bituing Walang Ningning The Bituing Walang Ningning (BWN) sineserye is so addicting...yet so frustrating at the same time. I understand that extending the show will garner in more money for the network, but the show's plot lines are suffering. At first, the pacing of the show was really good and everything unraveled nicely, but now it's very obvious that the plot is being stretched to accomodate the week or so extension. Like with most Asian dramas, if the show can be completed in 10-20 episodes, then do so! I'd rather have a story where each episode contributes to the whole plot. Heck, the Hana Yori Dango Jdrama did it brilliantly in 9 episodes! (Albeit, there will be a season 2, but I doubt that it will be as long as BWN is now...)
